Sales Support Manager

The Sales Support Manager provides assistance to the Enterprise Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have sound sales support know-how, exceptional organizational and presentation skills and a track record of developing and delivering top tiered onboarding experience to customers.

 

The Manager will have a combination of client management, technical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities 

  • Play an active role in the pre-sales process

  • Main point of contact for assigned business partners from an overall delivery management perspective, including problem escalation

  • Manage, facilitate and track execution of day to day sales deliverables

  • Support sales leads in the management and delivery of key projects and Initiatives

  • Maintain accurate sales WIP and manage records of all customer contact and other sales activities

  • Conduct account analysis and prepare account success plans

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact

  • Work with all internal departments to resolve client issues and opportunities for process improvement

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience to our merchants and consumers through the optimal and timely implementation of services

  • Carry-out merchant on-boarding and execute all steps of the implementation lifecycle; work and co-ordinate various business groups

  • Assist in new customer launch activities and reporting

  • Identify and lead projects that will improve the internal sales work flows and controls framework

  • Support the requirement for sales team management information including regular updates and metrics

  • Demonstrate sales leadership and coordinate efforts across different functional areas of the business

  • Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to prioritize activities regularly and ensure key objectives are met

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ of customer-facing sales experience + internal sales support expertise

  • Outstanding relationship building, communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to plan consultative support strategies, in co-operation with multiple salespeople

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a dedication to excellence, a drive to succeed

  • Proven to be goal oriented.

  • Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills to handle various interactions, establish rapport and communicate effectively with candidates on all levels

  • Ability to multi-task and works well under pressure

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to follow through.​
