Product Manager, Digital 

 Responsibilities 

  • End-to-end product ownership of proprietary web and mobile apps and customized client-facing products - responsible for setting the strategy, researching, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, and delivering the product to market 

  • End-to-end ownership of product lines - identify requirements (from internal teams, customers and/or merchants), define the product vision, create design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap 

  • Develop new digital products/features from concept to launch; own and follow-through the entire product management lifecycle 

  • Planning and designing of products – such as shopping carts extensions, payments tools and business prototypes 

  • Extensive experience completing product, business flow charts and interactive interface designs 

  • Expertise in composing product requirements and wireframes and can partner with the Development Team on products and cross-functional projects 

  • Collaborate with Design Team on intuitive user interfaces across multiple platforms 

  • Develop product plans and manage projects to meet project objectives with aggressive time frames, on time and on budget 

  • Develop solutions to new and complex needs/issues 

  • Research and understand market needs and trends, and carry on competitive analysis to drive product strategy and development 

  • Understanding customer needs (including SnapPay’s partner – Alipay); gather product Requirements from merchants 

  • Drive interactions with our customers and partners to learn the needs and motivations of customer groups, gather customer feedback and inform company strategy and product roadmap 

  • Communicate efficiently with merchants and understand their needs and resolve issues promptly 

 Job Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Computer Science 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Banking, Web and/or Payment Industry 

  • Ideal candidates should have previous experiences in Product Design - mobile app and/or web app design, E-Commerce, payment products, loyalty programs, or backend product design 

  • Proficient in tools such as Axure, JIRA, ProcessOn and/or Invision – Xmind, Sketch knowledge and asset 

  • Strong knowledge of UX, UI process and development processes 

  • Superior data and analytical skills including the ability to define, capture relevant metrics 

  • Solid understanding of lean startup – an asset 

  • Solid understanding of agile (scrum) – an asset 

  • Knows product demand and able to fulfill the requirements of the product with comprehensive solutions 

  • Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channels 

  • Language proficiency in Mandarin 

  • Previous work will need to be presented during the interview
