Junior Research Assistant Intern

The Customer Service JRA Intern will be responsible for supporting the team’s portfolio of technology centric projects. 

The Junior Research Assistant will contribute to the team in the following areas:   

  • Supporting the team in research and project preparation 

  • Assisting software architecture design process 

  • Conducting requirement analysis and produce software requirement specifications 

  • Providing written analysis based on improvement initiatives

  • Maintaining a collection of design documentations 

This position is ideal for candidate who:

  • Majors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with experience in software requirements through work experience or formal study 

  • Has good oral communication skills 

  • Has proven excellent writing skills 

  • Is willing to learn out of the comfort zone, including and especially about new technologies 

  • Has high-level attention to details 

  • Has strong abilities and skills to prioritize and achieve milestones


Job requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
