Junior IT Analyst

Purpose of Job:

Responsible for supporting the team’s portfolio of new performance-centric projects.

Customer Service and Operation Service Department is responsible for design and prompt performance among its major key internal and external partners. The Junior IT Analyst will contribute to the team in the following areas:

  • Supporting the team in research and project preparation

  • Assisting in conducting requirement analysis and produce software requirement specifications

  • Drafting written analysis based on improvement initiatives.

  • Maintaining a collection of tech documentation

This position is ideal for a candidate who

  • Majored in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field in Post Secondary studies and has experience in software requirements through work experience or formal study

  • Has good oral communication skills, (due to the nature of planned projects Mandarin is a must for this position)

  • Has proven excellent writing skills

  • Is willing to learn out of the comfort zone, including and especially about new technologies

  • Has high-level attention to details

  • Has strong abilities and skills to prioritize and achieve milestones

Job Type: Full-time


  • Programming: 1 year (Preferred)
