Bilingual Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate is dedicated, self-directed and will assist the promotions team with executing any administrative, advertising, marketing or sales tasks as required.  


This opportunity is available for a 4-month or 8-month term.​ 


The Director of People and Culture, under the direction of the CEO will primarily be responsible to identify current and prospective people requirements. This position will oversee personnel management, including compensation structures, organizational design and company culture 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them facilitate their success

  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc), to augment the company’s presence in the market

  • Communicate directly with clients and partners to coordinate promotions and events


  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Be able to work in a fast pace working environment

  • Self-motivated and results driven

  • Exquisite communication and people skills

  • College degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Power point

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Excellent written & verbal Language skills in Mandarin and English
